We allow users to take notes using their voice, which is then converted to text. We also provide features such as auto-organization, task extraction, and personalized mood-lifting suggestions.

- Registration Information: We currently offer registration through Google Login. When you sign in, we collect your Name/Username and Email Address. This is used to sync your notes across devices and manage your account.
- Voice & Audio Data: To provide our core service, the App accesses your microphone to record voice notes.Note: We do not store your raw audio files.Your audio is processed in real-time to generate a text transcript. Once the transcription is complete, the audio data is discarded.
- User Content: We store the text transcripts of your notes, the tags you or our AI apply, and any tasks extracted from your notes.
2.2. Information Collected Automatically
- Local Storage: We use local storage on your device to ensure your notes are accessible offline and to improve app performance.
- Device Information: We may collect basic information about your device (model, OS version) to ensure the app is compatible and to troubleshoot technical issues.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To convert your voice recordings into searchable text notes.
- To automatically organize your notes using AI-generated tags and extract action items/tasks.
- For Premium Features: To analyze the sentiment of your historical notes and suggest mood-lifting text to support your well-being.
- To maintain your account and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information when necessary:
- Service Providers: We may use third-party AI and cloud processing services to facilitate transcription and text analysis. These providers are strictly bound to protect your data.

Since we do not store audio data, the primary focus of our security is protecting your text-based content and account credentials. Arilo is offered to users of all ages, including those under 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the app's services. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete their child's information.

- Device Permissions: You can manage or revoke microphone and storage permissions at any time through your device settings.
- Data Access: You may request to view a copy of the data we have stored for your account by contacting us.
8. Account and Data Deletion
We believe you should have full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your Arilo account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion:
To delete your account and permanently remove all your stored notes and personal information, please send an email to info@arilo.in.
Once we receive your request from your registered email address, we will process the deletion and confirm once it is complete. Please note that this action is permanent and your notes cannot be recovered once deleted.
