Last Updated: 30th January, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Arilo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Arilo team.
2. Description of Service
Arilo is a “LifeOS” and productivity tool that allows users to capture voice notes, transcribe them into text, and use AI to organize, tag, and extract insights from their personal data. The Service is provided “as is” and is subject to change as we evolve our features.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account via Google Login to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Arilo offers a “Premium” subscription plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan as described on our pricing page.
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be made in special cases within 24 hours of your first-time purchase. Refunds are not available for auto-renewals.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you capture in Arilo (notes, voice transcripts, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Content: The Arilo name, logo, software, design, and original content are the exclusive property of Arilo and its founders. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
- Automate the service in a way that places an undue burden on our infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date or by notifying you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
